PFI Watermaker SOE PP melt blown filter cartridge is constructed by 100% pure polypropylene fiber, providing wide chemical compatibility. With innovative and advanced graded pore structure, it can provide effective particle retention.

When using cartridge filtration, the goal is typically to get the highest-purity level, think drinking water. Melt-blown filter cartridges are made from polymer fibers that are pressed and sintered, then melt-blown onto a rotating spindle to create cylindrical cartridges. These filters are often used in sediment applications, but they do not transfer any sedimentary taste or odor to filtered liquids.

With years of experience, we are able to provide you with special PP melt blown filters with varied specifications like groove, orange peel, and hairy surface finish or equipped with different SOE/DOE end caps. Optional Grooving effectively doubles the surface area providing lower clean pressure drop, increased dirt-holding capacity, and longer service life.
